Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🫑 Green Bell Pepper – diced
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🍞 Bread slices – for serving
  • 🥄 Spices (Turmeric, Chili Powder, Garam Masala) – 1 tsp each

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  • 🌶️ Add green chilies and spices. Cook for a minute.
  • 🥔 Add mashed potatoes, bell pepper, cilantro, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • 🧂 Add salt to taste and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture is well combined.
  • 🍞 Serve hot with bread slices or as a filling in sandwiches.
