Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🫑 Green Bell Pepper – diced
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🍞 Bread slices – for serving
- 🥄 Spices (Turmeric, Chili Powder, Garam Masala) – 1 tsp each
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- 🌶️ Add green chilies and spices. Cook for a minute.
- 🥔 Add mashed potatoes, bell pepper, cilantro, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- 🧂 Add salt to taste and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture is well combined.
- 🍞 Serve hot with bread slices or as a filling in sandwiches.
