Ingredients

  • 🐟 Sushi-grade tuna or salmon – 8 oz, cubed
  • 🥑 Avocado – 1, sliced
  • 🥭 Mango – 1/2, diced
  • 🥒 Cucumber – 1/2, thinly sliced
  • 🌱 Seaweed salad – 1/4 cup
  • 🌰 Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Sriracha mayo – to taste

Instructions

  • 🍚 Place cooked rice in bowls.
  • 🐟 Arrange tuna/salmon, avocado, mango, and cucumber over the rice.
  • 🌱 Add seaweed salad on top.
