Ingredients

  • 🥛 Heavy Cream – 2 cups
  • 🥚 Egg Yolks – 6 large
  • 🍚 Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • 🍵 Matcha Powder – 1 tbsp
  • 🍦 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
  • 🔥 Sugar for brûlée topping

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • 🍵 Whisk together heavy cream, egg yolks, sugar, matcha powder, and vanilla extract.
  • 🥣 Pour mixture into ramekins.
  • ♨️ Bake in a water bath for 25-35 minutes, or until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  • ❄️ Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • ✨ Sprinkle sugar on top and brûlée with a torch until golden brown and crisp.
