Ingredients
- 🥛 Heavy Cream – 2 cups
- 🥚 Egg Yolks – 6 large
- 🍚 Sugar – 1/2 cup
- 🍵 Matcha Powder – 1 tbsp
- 🍦 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
- 🔥 Sugar for brûlée topping
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 🍵 Whisk together heavy cream, egg yolks, sugar, matcha powder, and vanilla extract.
- 🥣 Pour mixture into ramekins.
- ♨️ Bake in a water bath for 25-35 minutes, or until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- ❄️ Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- ✨ Sprinkle sugar on top and brûlée with a torch until golden brown and crisp.
