Ingredients

  • 🍔 Plant-based ground meat – 1 lb
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 small, finely diced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
  • 🍞 Burger buns – 4 count
  • 🥬 Lettuce leaves – 4 pieces
  • 🍅 Tomato – 1 large, sliced
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine plant-based meat with onions, garlic, and seasoning in a large bowl.
  • 🖐️ Shape the mixture into four equal patties of uniform thickness.
  • 🍳 Heat a pan or grill over medium heat and cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side.
  • 🍔 Toast the burger buns lightly until golden brown.
