Ingredients

  • 🫘 Tempeh – 200g cubed
  • 🌿 Basil Pesto – 3 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • 🍅 Cherry tomatoes – 1/2 cup halved
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – 1 tbsp grated

Instructions

  • 🔪 Cut the tempeh into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry.
  • 🍳 Heat olive oil in a pan and sear tempeh until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Stir in the minced garlic and cherry tomatoes, cooking until soft.
  • 🍃 Remove from heat and toss everything thoroughly with the basil pesto.
  • ✨ Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve hot as a delicious fusion meal.
