Ingredients
- 🫘 Tempeh – 200g cubed
- 🌿 Basil Pesto – 3 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🫒 Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- 🍅 Cherry tomatoes – 1/2 cup halved
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – 1 tbsp grated
Instructions
- 🔪 Cut the tempeh into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry.
- 🍳 Heat olive oil in a pan and sear tempeh until golden brown.
- 🧄 Stir in the minced garlic and cherry tomatoes, cooking until soft.
- 🍃 Remove from heat and toss everything thoroughly with the basil pesto.
- ✨ Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve hot as a delicious fusion meal.
