Pesto and Burrata with Garlic Sourdough

Ingredients
- 1 ball (8 oz) Burrata cheese 🧀
- 1/4 cup Pesto (homemade or store-bought) 🌿
- 2 slices Sourdough bread 🍞
- 2 cloves Garlic 🧄, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil 🫒
- Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
- Optional: Fresh basil leaves for garnish 🍃
Instructions
- Slice the sourdough bread into 1-inch thick slices. 🍞
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with olive oil. 🧄+🫒
- Brush the garlic oil on both sides of the sourdough slices. ✨
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. 🔥
- Toast the garlic sourdough slices in the skillet until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. ⏲️
- Place the toasted sourdough slices on a plate. 🍽️
- Place the burrata ball on the plate next to the toast. ⚪
- Spoon pesto over the burrata. 🥄+🌿
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. 🧂
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional). 🍃
- Serve immediately and enjoy! 🎉
