Pesto and Burrata with Garlic Sourdough

Ingredients

  • 1 ball (8 oz) Burrata cheese 🧀
  • 1/4 cup Pesto (homemade or store-bought) 🌿
  • 2 slices Sourdough bread 🍞
  • 2 cloves Garlic 🧄, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil 🫒
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
  • Optional: Fresh basil leaves for garnish 🍃

Instructions

  • Slice the sourdough bread into 1-inch thick slices. 🍞
  • In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with olive oil. 🧄+🫒
  • Brush the garlic oil on both sides of the sourdough slices. ✨
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. 🔥
  • Toast the garlic sourdough slices in the skillet until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. ⏲️
  • Place the toasted sourdough slices on a plate. 🍽️
  • Place the burrata ball on the plate next to the toast. ⚪
  • Spoon pesto over the burrata. 🥄+🌿
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. 🧂
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional). 🍃
  • Serve immediately and enjoy! 🎉
