Ingredients
- 🥟 Dumpling wrappers – 24 count
- 🥩 Ground pork – 1 lb
- 🥬 Napa cabbage – 1 cup, finely chopped
- 🧅 Green onions – 1/2 cup, chopped
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 tbsp, minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥬 Mix pork, cabbage, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in each dumpling wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten edges with water and fold into desired shape.
- ♨️ Steam dumplings for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce or vinegar for dipping.
