Fried veggie & pork dumplings

Ingredients

  • 🥟 Dumpling wrappers – 24 count
  • 🐷 Ground pork – 1 lb
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🧅 Green onions – chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – grated
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp minced

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine pork, veggies, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl and mix well.
  • 🥟 Fill each dumpling wrapper with a spoonful of the mixture.
  • 💧 Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold to seal tightly.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and place dumplings in the pan.
  • ⏲️ Fry until golden brown on one side, then add water and cover to steam until cooked through.
