Ingredients
- 🥟 Dumpling wrappers – 24 count
- 🐷 Ground pork – 1 lb
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – grated
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp minced
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine pork, veggies, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl and mix well.
- 🥟 Fill each dumpling wrapper with a spoonful of the mixture.
- 💧 Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold to seal tightly.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and place dumplings in the pan.
- ⏲️ Fry until golden brown on one side, then add water and cover to steam until cooked through.
