Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 3 large
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, finely chopped
- 🥛 Milk – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- ⚫ Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 🧅 Add chopped onions, cilantro, and green chilies to the egg mixture.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 🍳 Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the bottom is set.
- 🥄 Gently flip the Pora and cook until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot!
