Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 3 large
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, finely chopped
  • 🥛 Milk – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • ⚫ Black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • 🧅 Add chopped onions, cilantro, and green chilies to the egg mixture.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • 🍳 Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the bottom is set.
  • 🥄 Gently flip the Pora and cook until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot!
