Ingredients

  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
  • 🧈 Ghee or Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥔 Mash potatoes and mix with onion, chili, coriander, and spices.
  • 🌾 Knead wheat flour with water to form a soft dough.
  • ⚪ Roll out a small circle, stuff with potato mixture, and seal.
  • 🔥 Gently roll out the stuffed parantha.
  • 🍳 Cook on a hot griddle with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
