Ingredients
- 🌾 Wheat Flour – 2 cups
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🥔 Boiled Potatoes – 2 medium
- 🧅 Onion – 1 small, chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chili – 1, chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
- 🧈 Ghee or Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥔 Mash potatoes and mix with onion, chili, coriander, and spices.
- 🌾 Knead wheat flour with water to form a soft dough.
- ⚪ Roll out a small circle, stuff with potato mixture, and seal.
- 🔥 Gently roll out the stuffed parantha.
- 🍳 Cook on a hot griddle with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
