- 🫓 Papad – 2 pieces
- 🥑 Oil – for frying (optional)

Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan (optional - papad can be roasted or microwaved).
- ♨️ Fry the papad until crispy, or roast/microwave until cooked.
- 🧅 Top with chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies (optional).
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro (optional).
