Ingredients

  • 🫓 Papad – 2 pieces
  • 🥑 Oil – for frying (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan (optional - papad can be roasted or microwaved).
  • ♨️ Fry the papad until crispy, or roast/microwave until cooked.
  • 🧅 Top with chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies (optional).
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro (optional).
