Ingredients

  • 🌾 All-purpose flour – 1 cup
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • 💧 Water – 1/2 cup
  • 🟢 Pandan extract – 2 tsp
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 large
  • 🍬 Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – pinch
  • 🥥 Grated coconut – for filling (optional)

Instructions

  • 🟢 Blend flour, coconut milk, water, pandan extract, egg, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  • ♨️ Heat a lightly oiled crepe pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • 🥄 Pour a thin layer of batter onto the hot pan, swirling to spread evenly.
  • ⏱️ Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🥥 Fill with grated coconut or other desired fillings and serve warm.
