Ingredients
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – 1 cup
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – 1/2 cup
- 🟢 Pandan extract – 2 tsp
- 🥚 Egg – 1 large
- 🍬 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – pinch
- 🥥 Grated coconut – for filling (optional)
Instructions
- 🟢 Blend flour, coconut milk, water, pandan extract, egg, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- ♨️ Heat a lightly oiled crepe pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 🥄 Pour a thin layer of batter onto the hot pan, swirling to spread evenly.
- ⏱️ Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🥥 Fill with grated coconut or other desired fillings and serve warm.
