  • 🍜 Wide rice noodles
  • 🐔 Chicken or tofu
  • 🥦 Chinese broccoli (gai lan)
  • 🥚 Egg
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • ⚫ Dark soy sauce
  • ⚪ Light soy sauce
  • 🍚 Sugar

Instructions

  • 🔥 Stir-fry garlic in oil until fragrant.
  • 🥚 Add egg and scramble lightly.
  • 🐔 Add chicken or tofu and cook until done.
  • 🥦 Add Chinese broccoli and noodles.
  • ⚫ Season with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar; stir-fry until well combined and noodles are heated through.
