- ⚫ Dark soy sauce
- ⚪ Light soy sauce

Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry garlic in oil until fragrant.
- 🥚 Add egg and scramble lightly.
- 🐔 Add chicken or tofu and cook until done.
- 🥦 Add Chinese broccoli and noodles.
