Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 3 large
- 🦪 Oysters – 100g, fresh
- 🧅 Green onions – 2, chopped
- 🍚 Tapioca starch – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🌶️ Chili sauce – to serve
Instructions
- 🥚 Whisk eggs with tapioca starch and a pinch of salt.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add oysters. Cook slightly.
- 🍳 Pour egg mixture over oysters and cook until set.
- 🧅 Sprinkle with green onions and cook until golden brown.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with chili sauce.
