Ingredients

  • 🍚 Dosa batter – 2 cups
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🛢️ Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🧅 Mix chopped onions and green chilies (if using) into a bowl.
  • 🔥 Heat a flat non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat.
  • 🥄 Pour a ladleful of dosa batter and spread it into a thin circle.
  • 🧅 Sprinkle onion mixture evenly over the dosa.
  • 🛢️ Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown and crispy. Fold and serve hot with chutney and sambar.
