Ingredients
- 🥖 Bread flour – 3 cups
- 💧 Water – 1.5 cups
- 🫒 Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- 🌱 Olives – 1 cup, pitted and chopped
- 🌿 Rosemary – 2 tsp, chopped
- 🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
- 🍄 Yeast – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour, water, yeast, salt, and olive oil to form dough. Knead well.
- ➕ Add chopped olives and rosemary to the dough. Knead to distribute evenly.
- ⏳ Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🍞 Shape the dough into a loaf and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
