Ingredients

- 🥭 Mango – 2, ripe and diced
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
- sugar – to taste
- 🌿 Mint – for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 🍚 Combine cooked rice, diced mango, and coconut milk in a saucepan.
- 🔥 Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- 🍬 Add sugar to taste and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
- 🧊 Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and let it cool completely.
- ✨ Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving (optional).
