Ingredients
- 🍜 Noodles – 200g
- 🐔 Chicken – 100g, sliced
- 🥬 Bok choy – 1 cup, chopped
- 🥕 Carrot – ½, julienned
- 🧅 Onion – ¼, sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥢 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 끓 Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and onions, stir-fry until fragrant.
- 🐔 Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
- 🥕 Add bok choy and carrots, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- 🍜 Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
