Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – 200g
  • 🐔 Chicken – 100g, sliced
  • 🥬 Bok choy – 1 cup, chopped
  • 🥕 Carrot – ½, julienned
  • 🧅 Onion – ¼, sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🥢 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌱 Sesame oil – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 끓 Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and onions, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 🐔 Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  • 🥕 Add bok choy and carrots, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  • 🍜 Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
