Ingredients
- π Noodles β 200g
- π Chicken β 100g, sliced
- π₯¬ Bok choy β 1 cup, chopped
- π₯ Carrot β Β½, julienned
- π§ Onion β ΒΌ, sliced
- π§ Garlic β 2 cloves, minced
- π₯’ Soy sauce β 2 tbsp
- π± Sesame oil β 1 tsp
Instructions
- λ Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- π₯ Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and onions, stir-fry until fragrant.
- π Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
- π₯ Add bok choy and carrots, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- π Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
