Ingredients
- 🧀 Paneer – cubed
- 🌶️ Green Chillies – slit
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🫑 Capsicum – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🥫 Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- 🧀 Fry paneer cubes until golden brown and set aside.
- 🔥 Sauté onions, capsicum, and green chillies in a pan.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- 🥫 Add soy sauce and other sauces, then simmer.
- 🥘 Add fried paneer and toss well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
