Ingredients

  • 🧀 Paneer – cubed
  • 🌶️ Green Chillies – slit
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🫑 Capsicum – diced
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🥫 Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🧀 Fry paneer cubes until golden brown and set aside.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions, capsicum, and green chillies in a pan.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • 🥫 Add soy sauce and other sauces, then simmer.
  • 🥘 Add fried paneer and toss well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
