Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare a smooth batter using rice and urad dal, then ferment it for 8 hours.
- 🔥 Heat a cast-iron tawa and pour a thick ladle of batter without spreading it too thin.
- 🧈 Add a generous dollop of butter around the edges and spread red chutney on top.
- 🥔 Place the potato filling in the center once the base turns golden and crispy.
- ✨ Fold the dosa carefully and serve hot with extra butter and coconut chutney.
