Moroccan kefta meatballs

Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground meat (beef or lamb) – 500g
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • 🌶️ Spices (cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, and spices.
  • 👐 Mix well and shape into small meatballs.
  • 🍳 Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the meatballs on all sides.
  • 🍅 Add tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with couscous or bread.
