Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground meat (beef or lamb) – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – 1 finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🌶️ Spices (cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon) – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, and spices.
- 👐 Mix well and shape into small meatballs.
- 🍳 Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- 🍅 Add tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with couscous or bread.
