Ingredients

  • 🌿 Morning glory (kangkong) – 1 bunch
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Chili peppers – 1-2, sliced
  • 🐟 Fish sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🦪 Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 🌿 Add morning glory and stir-fry quickly for 1-2 minutes until wilted but still crisp.
  • 🐟 Add fish sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry to combine.
  • 🍽️ Serve immediately and enjoy!
