Ingredients
- 🌿 Morning glory (kangkong) – 1 bunch
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili peppers – 1-2, sliced
- 🐟 Fish sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🦪 Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- 🧄 Add garlic and chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 🌿 Add morning glory and stir-fry quickly for 1-2 minutes until wilted but still crisp.
- 🐟 Add fish sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry to combine.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately and enjoy!
