Ingredients

  • 🥐 Croissant – fresh or day-old
  • 🌰 Chestnut Paste – for Mont Blanc filling
  • 🥛 Heavy Cream – for whipped cream
  • 🍬 Powdered Sugar – for dusting
  • 🍫 Chocolate Shavings – optional garnish

Instructions

  • 🔪 Slice the 🥐 croissant horizontally and set aside the top half.
  • 🌰 Spread chestnut paste generously inside the croissant.
  • 🔥 Bake in preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 mins until golden.
  • 🥛 Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; add powdered sugar to taste.
  • ✨ Pipe whipped cream over the baked croissant and garnish with chocolate.
