Ingredients
- 🍚 Glutinous rice flour – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – 1 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
- 🍦 Ice cream – your favorite flavor
- 🥔 Potato starch or cornstarch – for dusting
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water in a microwave-safe bowl.
- ♨️ Cover and microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another minute until doughy.
- ✨ Dust a surface with potato starch. Transfer the mochi dough and divide into equal portions.
- 🥄 Flatten each portion, place a scoop of ice cream in the center, and wrap tightly.
- ❄️ Freeze the mochi ice cream for at least 2 hours before serving.
