Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate pork belly in miso and mirin for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Sear pork belly until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- ⏲️ Cook pork belly in oven until tender and cooked through.
- 🔪 Slice the pork belly into smaller portions.
- 🥪 Assemble the sando with bread, pork belly, lettuce, and scallions. Add chili flakes if desired.
