Ingredients
- 🍚 Glutinous Rice Flour – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – ¾ cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- ❤️ Anko (Red Bean Paste) – 1 cup
- 🥔 Potato Starch – for dusting
Instructions
- 🍚 In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar until smooth.
- ♨️ Steam the mixture for about 20 minutes, or until translucent and sticky.
- ❤️ Let it cool slightly, then divide into portions and flatten each piece.
- 🫘 Fill each piece with anko (red bean paste) and shape into a ball.
- ✨ Dust with potato starch to prevent sticking and serve.
