Ingredients

  • 🍚 Glutinous Rice Flour – 1 cup
  • 💧 Water – ¾ cup
  • 🍬 Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • ❤️ Anko (Red Bean Paste) – 1 cup
  • 🥔 Potato Starch – for dusting

Instructions

  • 🍚 In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar until smooth.
  • ♨️ Steam the mixture for about 20 minutes, or until translucent and sticky.
  • ❤️ Let it cool slightly, then divide into portions and flatten each piece.
  • 🫘 Fill each piece with anko (red bean paste) and shape into a ball.
  • ✨ Dust with potato starch to prevent sticking and serve.
