Ingredients

  • 🫑 Bell pepper – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – to taste
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
  • 🥜 Cashews – a handful
  • 🥄 Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions, cashews, and curry leaves until golden.
  • 🥕 Add vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • 🌾 Add millet and water, bring to a boil, then simmer until cooked.
  • ✨ Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
