Ingredients

- 🫑 Bell pepper – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – to taste
- 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
- 🥜 Cashews – a handful
- 🥄 Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
- 🧅 Sauté onions, cashews, and curry leaves until golden.
- 🥕 Add vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 🌾 Add millet and water, bring to a boil, then simmer until cooked.
- ✨ Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
