Instructions

- 🍅 Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook on medium heat until they break down into a sauce.
- 🧂 Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, mixing thoroughly.
- 🥚 Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture and stir gently until the eggs are just set but still moist.
