Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup, lukewarm

- 🍋 Lemon zest – 1 tsp

Instructions
- 🥣 Combine milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- 🥚 Add eggs, softened butter, orange and lemon zest to the yeast mixture.
- 🌾 Gradually add flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- ⏰ Let the dough rise for about 2 hours until doubled in size.
- 🔥 Shape the dough into oval buns and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 🔪 Once cooled, slice the buns horizontally and fill with whipped cream. Enjoy! ✨
