Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 3 cups
- 🐑 Lamb – 2 lbs, cut into pieces
- 🥛 Jameed – 1 kg, rehydrated
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🌰 Almonds – ½ cup, blanched and toasted
- 🌿 Parsley – for garnish
- 🍞 Shrak Bread - for serving
Instructions
- 🐑 Boil lamb in water until tender.
- 🥛 In a separate pot, simmer rehydrated jameed until smooth.
- 🍚 Cook rice separately until fluffy.
- 🥘 Combine the cooked lamb and jameed sauce.
- 🍽️ Serve rice on a large platter, top with lamb and sauce, garnish with almonds and parsley, and serve with Shrak bread.
