Ingredients
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour (atta) – 1 cup
- 🧈 Ghee – 1 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – 3 cups
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat.
- 🌾 Add whole wheat flour and roast until golden brown and fragrant.
- 💧 Gradually add water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- 🍬 Add sugar and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and ghee separates.
- 🙏 Offer as prasad and serve warm.
