Ingredients
- 🐷 Ground pork – 1 lb
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🌰 Water chestnuts – 1/2 cup, chopped
- 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms – 1/2 cup, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🥟 Wonton wrappers – 24
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🛢️ Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, combine ground pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, mushrooms, garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each wonton wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper and pleat to form a dumpling.
- ♨️ Steam the dumplings for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with a dipping sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes).
