Ingredients
- 🦞 Lobster – cooked and chopped
- 🍝 Rigatoni pasta – 1 pound
- 🍅 Tomato sauce – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Fresh basil – for garnish
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
- 🍷 White wine – 1/2 cup (optional)
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tablespoons
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated, for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté garlic and onion in butter until softened.
- 🦞 Add lobster meat and cook for a few minutes.
- 🍷 Deglaze with white wine (optional), then add tomato sauce and red pepper flakes.
- 🍝 Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Reserve some pasta water.
- 🥘 Toss cooked pasta with lobster sauce, adding pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh basil and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
