Ingredients

  • 🦞 Lobster – cooked and chopped
  • 🍝 Rigatoni pasta – 1 pound
  • 🍅 Tomato sauce – 2 cups
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Fresh basil – for garnish
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
  • 🍷 White wine – 1/2 cup (optional)
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated, for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté garlic and onion in butter until softened.
  • 🦞 Add lobster meat and cook for a few minutes.
  • 🍷 Deglaze with white wine (optional), then add tomato sauce and red pepper flakes.
  • 🍝 Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Reserve some pasta water.
  • 🥘 Toss cooked pasta with lobster sauce, adding pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh basil and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
