Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🫘 Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 tbsp
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
- 🌶️ Green Chili – chopped (optional)
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- 🧅 Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and mix well, ensuring the spices are evenly distributed.
- 🌶️ Add chopped green chili if desired and stir for a minute.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander and a squeeze of 🍋 lemon juice before serving.
