Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – for rabri
- 🍚 Sugar – for sweetness
- 💧 Water – for jalebi batter
- 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – for jalebi
- 🍋 Lemon juice – few drops
- 🧡 Saffron strands – for rabri
- 🟢 Cardamom powder – a pinch
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare jalebi batter and let it ferment.
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a flat pan for frying.
- 🌀 Shape jalebis directly into the hot ghee and fry until golden.
- 🍯 Soak fried jalebis in warm sugar syrup.
- 🥛 Prepare rabri by simmering milk until it thickens, adding sugar, cardamom and saffron. Serve jalebi with rabri.
