Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
  • 🍗 Chicken or Veggies – 1 lb
  • 🧅 Onions – chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Spices (Turmeric, Chili Powder, Garam Masala) – to taste
  • 🍃 Curry Leaves – a few
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2, slit

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions, green chilies, and curry leaves in oil until golden.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍗 Add chicken or veggies and spices; cook until browned.
  • 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  • 🍚 Add rice, cover, and cook until rice is done and liquid is absorbed.
  • ✨ Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
