Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
- 🍗 Chicken or Veggies – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Spices (Turmeric, Chili Powder, Garam Masala) – to taste
- 🍃 Curry Leaves – a few
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2, slit
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions, green chilies, and curry leaves in oil until golden.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🍗 Add chicken or veggies and spices; cook until browned.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- 🍚 Add rice, cover, and cook until rice is done and liquid is absorbed.
- ✨ Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
