Ingredients

  • 🫘 Hummus - 1/4 cup
  • 🫑 Bell pepper - sliced
  • 🍞 Bun - 1
  • 🥬 Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • 🧅 Red onion - thinly sliced

Instructions

  • 🔪 Slice the bun in half horizontally.
  • 🫘 Spread hummus evenly on both halves of the bun.
  • 🥬 Add lettuce leaves to the bottom half.
  • 🫑 Layer sliced bell peppers and red onion on top of the lettuce.
  • 🍞 Place the top half of the bun over the filling and serve immediately. ✨
