Ingredients
- 🫘 Hummus - 1/4 cup
- 🫑 Bell pepper - sliced
- 🍞 Bun - 1
- 🥬 Lettuce - 2 leaves
- 🧅 Red onion - thinly sliced
Instructions
- 🔪 Slice the bun in half horizontally.
- 🫘 Spread hummus evenly on both halves of the bun.
- 🥬 Add lettuce leaves to the bottom half.
- 🫑 Layer sliced bell peppers and red onion on top of the lettuce.
