Ingredients
- 🍝 Handkerchief pasta – fresh or dried
- 🧈 Butter – for sauce
- 🌿 Fresh sage – chopped
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
- 💧 Pasta water – reserved
Instructions
- 💧 Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, reserve some pasta water.
- 🔥 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat until lightly browned.
- 🌿 Add sage and cook briefly to infuse the butter.
- 🍝 Toss cooked pasta with sage butter and some pasta water to create a sauce.
- 🧀 Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
