Ingredients

  • 🐟 Salmon fillets – 2
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, sliced
  • 🌿 Herbs (dill, parsley) – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • 🫒 Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs.
  • 🍋 Place lemon slices on the grill and place salmon on top of the lemons.
  • ♨ Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve immediately.
