Ingredients
- 🐟 Salmon fillets – 2
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, sliced
- 🌿 Herbs (dill, parsley) – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
- 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 🫒 Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs.
- 🍋 Place lemon slices on the grill and place salmon on top of the lemons.
- ♨ Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- ✨ Garnish with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve immediately.
