Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef bones – 2 lbs
  • 💧 Water – 10 cups
  • 🧅 Onion – 1, quartered
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, crushed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌿 Green onions – chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • 🦴 Rinse beef bones and soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove impurities.
  • 🍲 Place bones in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 hours, skimming off any foam.
  • 🧅 Add onion and garlic to the pot during the last hour of simmering.
  • 🧂 Remove bones and strain the broth. Season with salt to taste.
  • 🌿 Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
