Golden wagyu rice with truffle

Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups, preferably short-grain
  • 🥩 Wagyu beef – thinly sliced
  • 🍄 Truffle oil – 1 tbsp or to taste
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2, for topping (optional)
  • 🌿 Green onions – chopped, for garnish
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sear wagyu beef slices quickly in a hot pan with butter until golden brown.
  • 🍚 Stir fry rice with soy sauce and truffle oil.
  • 🍳 Optionally, fry eggs to desired doneness (sunny-side up recommended).
  • 🍚 Plate rice, top with wagyu beef, and place fried egg on top (optional).
  • 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
