Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups, preferably short-grain
- 🥩 Wagyu beef – thinly sliced
- 🍄 Truffle oil – 1 tbsp or to taste
- 🥚 Eggs – 2, for topping (optional)
- 🌿 Green onions – chopped, for garnish
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear wagyu beef slices quickly in a hot pan with butter until golden brown.
- 🍚 Stir fry rice with soy sauce and truffle oil.
- 🍳 Optionally, fry eggs to desired doneness (sunny-side up recommended).
- 🍚 Plate rice, top with wagyu beef, and place fried egg on top (optional).
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
