Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – 1 cup, cubed
- 🌶️ Mixed Vegetables – 1.5 cups (broccoli, bell peppers, peas)
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
- 🍋 Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
- 🥜 Peanuts – 2 tbsp, chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan or wok.
- 🧅 Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- 🍗 Add chicken or tofu and mixed vegetables, cook until tender.
- 🍶 In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and lime juice, then pour over the ingredients in the pan.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and stir-fry until heated through and well combined.
