Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – 1 cup, cubed
  • 🌶️ Mixed Vegetables – 1.5 cups (broccoli, bell peppers, peas)
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🥜 Peanuts – 2 tbsp, chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan or wok.
  • 🧅 Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • 🍗 Add chicken or tofu and mixed vegetables, cook until tender.
  • 🍶 In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and lime juice, then pour over the ingredients in the pan.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice and stir-fry until heated through and well combined.
