Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare gatte: Mix besan with spices and water, roll into logs, and steam or boil.
  • 🔪 Slice the cooked gatte into small pieces.
  • 🔥 Make gravy: Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes.
  • 🌶️ Add yogurt and spices; simmer until the gravy thickens.
