Ingredients
- Besan (Gram Flour) 🌾 – for gatte
- Yogurt 🥛 – for gravy
- Spices 🌶️ – turmeric, chili powder, coriander
- Onion 🧅 – finely chopped
- Tomatoes 🍅 – pureed
- Ginger-Garlic Paste 🧄 – for flavor
- Oil 🌻 – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare gatte: Mix besan with spices and water, roll into logs, and steam or boil.
- 🔪 Slice the cooked gatte into small pieces.
- 🔥 Make gravy: Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes.
- 🌶️ Add yogurt and spices; simmer until the gravy thickens.
