Ingredients
- 🥩 Minced lamb (keema) – 500g
- 🧅 Raw papaya paste – 2 tbsp (for tenderizing)
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- ✨ Garam masala – 1 tsp
- 🥣 Roasted gram flour (besan) – 3 tbsp
- 🧈 Ghee – for pan frying
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix minced meat with raw papaya paste and spices, then let it marinate for at least 2 hours to soften the meat.
- 🥘 Incorporate roasted gram flour into the meat mixture to help bind the delicate patties together.
- 🤲 Shape the mixture into small, flat, soft circular patties using greased palms.
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a flat pan and shallow-fry the kababs on medium heat until they are golden brown on both sides.
- 🍽️ Serve these melt-in-the-mouth kababs warm with mint chutney and onion rings.
