Ingredients
- 🍫 Dark chocolate – good quality
- 🥚 Eggs – separated
- 🧈 Butter – unsalted
- sugar – granulated
- 🍦 Heavy cream – for whipping
Instructions
- 🍫 Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale and thick.
- 🥣 Gently fold melted chocolate into egg yolk mixture.
- 🏔️ Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the chocolate mixture.
- ❄️ Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
