Ingredients

  • 🦆 Foie gras – 2 slices
  • 🍞 Brioche – 2 slices
  • 🍎 Apple or fig jam – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔪 Score the foie gras lightly in a crosshatch pattern.
  • 🔥 Sear foie gras in a hot pan for 2-3 mins per side until golden brown.
  • 🍞 Toast brioche slices until golden.
  • 🍎 Spread apple or fig jam on the toasted brioche.
  • 🍽️ Place seared foie gras on top of the jam, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
