Ingredients
- 🦆 Foie gras – 2 slices
- 🍞 Brioche – 2 slices
- 🍎 Apple or fig jam – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔪 Score the foie gras lightly in a crosshatch pattern.
- 🔥 Sear foie gras in a hot pan for 2-3 mins per side until golden brown.
- 🍞 Toast brioche slices until golden.
- 🍎 Spread apple or fig jam on the toasted brioche.
- 🍽️ Place seared foie gras on top of the jam, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
