Ingredients

- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2-3, slit
- 🌿 Spices (Turmeric, Chili Powder, Garam Masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🥩 Marinate meat with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and chili powder.
- 🔥 Sauté onions and green chilies until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 🥘 Add marinated meat and spices; cook until browned.
- 🍚 Add rice and water; simmer until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
