Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
  • 🥩 Meat (Erachi) – 500g, cubed
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2-3, slit
  • 🌿 Spices (Turmeric, Chili Powder, Garam Masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥩 Marinate meat with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and chili powder.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions and green chilies until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • 🥘 Add marinated meat and spices; cook until browned.
  • 🍚 Add rice and water; simmer until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
