Ingredients
- 🥚 Egg yolks – 3 large
- 🧈 Unsalted butter – 1/2 cup, softened
- 🍚 Granulated sugar – 1/4 cup
- 🟫 Brown sugar – 1/4 cup
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – 1 1/2 cups
- 🧂 Sea salt – for sprinkling
Instructions
- 🥣 Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- 🥚 Beat in egg yolks one at a time.
- 🌾 Gradually add flour until just combined; do not overmix.
