Ingredients

  • 🥐 Croissants – 2 large, sliced lengthwise
  • 🍗 Ground chicken – 300g, divided into 4 small balls
  • 🧀 Cheddar cheese – 4 slices
  • 🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp for toasting
  • 🥬 Lettuce & Tomato – fresh slices for topping
  • 🧴 Burger sauce – 2 tbsp (mayo, mustard, and ketchup mix)
  • 🧂 Salt & Black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥐 Slice the croissants and lightly toast them with 🧈 butter in a pan until golden.
  • 🔥 Heat a heavy skillet and place chicken balls, then 🔨 smash them flat using a spatula.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper, cooking until crispy, then flip and add 🧀 cheese to melt.
  • 🥪 Spread 🧴 burger sauce on the croissant base and layer two 🍗 chicken patties on top.
  • ✨ Add 🥬 lettuce and tomato, close the burger, and serve warm for a buttery, crispy bite.
