Ingredients

  • 🌾 Flour – for dough
  • 💧 Water – for dough and broth
  • 🥔 Potato – thinly sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🥕 Carrot – sliced
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced (optional)
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌿 Green onions – chopped
  • 🐟 Anchovy broth – or vegetable broth
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – to taste

Instructions

  • 💧 Make dough: Mix flour and water, knead until smooth, and let it rest.
  • 🍲 Prepare broth: Boil anchovy broth (or vegetable broth) with onion and garlic.
  • 🥕 Add potato and carrot to the broth and cook until tender.
  • 🖐️ Tear off pieces of dough and flatten them before dropping into the boiling broth.
  • 🥣 Cook until the dough pieces float to the top, then season with salt and soy sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve hot. ✨
