Ingredients
- 🌾 Flour – for dough
- 💧 Water – for dough and broth
- 🥔 Potato – thinly sliced
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🥕 Carrot – sliced
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced (optional)
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Green onions – chopped
- 🐟 Anchovy broth – or vegetable broth
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🍶 Soy sauce – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Make dough: Mix flour and water, knead until smooth, and let it rest.
- 🍲 Prepare broth: Boil anchovy broth (or vegetable broth) with onion and garlic.
- 🥕 Add potato and carrot to the broth and cook until tender.
- 🖐️ Tear off pieces of dough and flatten them before dropping into the boiling broth.
- 🥣 Cook until the dough pieces float to the top, then season with salt and soy sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve hot. ✨
